About 700 people comprise the MitraSK family, including more than 600 skilled personnel and over 100 qualified laboratory technicians.
Key officers include doctorates and postgraduates in metallurgy, mining, geology, chemistry, environmental science plus instrumentation experts.
All laboratory and field staff members periodically attend external and internal training to stay abreast of the latest techniques and standards. Key personnel also regularly participate in international and national seminars, conferences and workshops to share experiences and knowledge.
Senior executives are active members of various consulting committees constituted within India and regularly contribute ideas for standardizing and improving new technology. They are actively involved in developing standards in conjunction with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and members of select technical committees of BIS. No wonder that MitraSK's certifications are sought for various commercial transactions in both national and international trade.
